Dear Jean, we are sorry that this upset you. In the floral industry it is common practice to leave flowers when recipients are not at home. We always leave a voicemail alerting the customer when this is done.

I recently experienced a glitch when I ordered flowers from Dunwoody Flowers. The flowers were drooping and the arrangement was not the size I had ordered. They pleasantly refunded the amount I had paid, with no questions asked, and sent a note of apology along with an arrangement to the person I had sent the flowers. I commend them for the way they handled my situation and would not hesitate to call them again if I need flowers in the Dunwoody area. All you people in Dunwoody, support Dunwoody Flowers with all your floral needs.
